Keith was born and raised in Sulphur, Louisiana. He attended Sulphur High School where he was All-District, All-State his Junior and Senior years, and lettered in Baseball and Basketball. After graduating in 1994, he entered into the Major League Draft. He was selected by the Boston Red Sox and stayed with the organization for five years. After that he played with several other organizations in the United States and in Canada. In his professional career he won 2 Minor League championships and finished with a career 301 batting average. Keith got involved in Youth Sports in 2001 and coached two tournament teams in Louisiana, which came out to be very successuful, taking 2 USSSA State Championships, 1 Super Series State Championship, and even the Super Series World Series Championship in July of 2005. Keith is a truly dedicated baseball man. His one-on-one teaching style reaches kids on all levels. Keith has had MANY players over the years that have been under his coaching and everyone has come away a better person and a more knowledgable baseball player. Even today many kids stay in touch with Keith and still depend on his coaching through their high school, college, and professional careers. Keith incorporates the fundamentals to prepare his kids for the next level of baseball. His philosophy is "We don't think of baseball as just a sport... we think of baseball as A TOOL OF LIFE!"

Scott is native to the Seattle area. He played his prep career at Mercer Island High School where he was a three-time All KingCo selection and led the Islanders to KingCo title his junior year.
As a Husky, Scott was a right-handed relief pitcher during the 2000-2003 seasons and was twice voted "Most Inspirational Player" on his University of Washington team. He went on to pitch in 3 NCAA tournaments.
In 2004, Scott stayed on the team as an assistant coach spending most of his time instructing the pitchers. He also graduate with a B.A. Degree in Sociology and is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Psychology.
He most recently served as Head Coach and Player for the Freising Grizzlies in Munich, Germany.
